A Minor in Geography & GIScience
The minor in Geography & GIS will expose students to a
comprehensive selection of courses embracing our three broad areas of
study: human geography, physical/environmental geography, and
geographic information science. Students select a total of 18 credit hours: 6 hours at the 100
level, then 3 hours each from the human, physical/environmental, and
geospatial sub-disciplines (as listed below), and finally 3 additional
hours from any of the three sub-disciplines.
At least 6 hours total must be at the 300 or 400 level.
