My work looks at the triangulation of capitalism, racism, and big data in US cities. Recent publications focus on links between urban restructuring, racialized criminalization, and digital criminal justice technologies. I also study political economies of digital and urban space. My research uses a mixed-methods approach that integrates critical social theory, discourse analysis, and content analysis.
